Convention Trading Hall Policy
The LCCA Annual Convention each year hosts the popular Trading Hall on Friday Evening and continuing through Saturday afternoon. Friday evening and the first hour on Convention Saturday are open exclusively to REGISGTERED ATTENDEES with Convention Badges. Starting the second hour on Saturday, the hall is open to ALL including the public and LCCA members present who did not register for the Convention.
This policy recognizes entry to the Trading Hall as a key benefit of a member's convention registration. The policy allows registered members a limited time exclusive opportunity to see the offerings of vendor members and to seek out and purchase items. Both registered members and member vendors enjoy the opportunity for a more one-on-one experience this policy provides.
Of course, the LCCA encourages open meets and therefore opens the Trading Hall to all - including those members not registered for the convention and to the general public. This open meet on Saturday is an opportunity for vendor members to sell to the general public and any LCCA members who attend.
