LCCA 2021 Election Results
The club is pleased to announce the results of the 2021 election for Present-elect, Treasurer and two Director positions. Please join me in congratulating Mark Kempfer who was elected President-elect, Don MacCormack who was reelected Treasurer, Deienzel Dennis who was reelected Director and Bill Schmeelk who was reelected Director. The leadership team looks forward to working with them when they assume office in July.
Additionally, all three of the constitutional changes were overwhelmingly approved by the membership. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, we appreciate member support for these changes as our work continues to improve club governance. The addition of a fifth director together with in increase of the BOD from 7 to 9 voting members will provide more input and an increased leadership base as we continue to grow.
We want to thank all of the club members who put their names forward for positions of responsibility in this election cycle. It is an important component of your club's continued vitality to have such an excellent slate of highly qualified candidates. And a special thanks to all those members who took time to vote! Your continued participation is very important.
