The Colorado Toy Train Group, LLC, and Lionel Collectors Club of America will co-sponsor their 8th model railroad and toy train auction in Westminster, Colorado. The 2-day public auction will be held on April 26 and 27, 2014 at The Ranch, 11887 Tejon Street. Viewing each day begins at 8 am, with the auction beginning at 9 am.
The auction includes 690+ lots of 2-Rail O-Scale model trains, 3-Rail O-Scale toy trains and accessories, chemistry sets, railroad timetables, track, and layout vehicles.
There will be a large assortment of 2-Rail O-Scale model trains, including 45+ diesel and steam locomotives, 40+ brass freight cars, 260+ freight cars, 70+ passenger cars, model kits and accessories. Manufactures include 3rd Rail, Atlas, Chooch, Crown, Golden Gate, Labelle, Lobaugh, Pecos River, Weaver, and more.
The 3-Rail O-Gauge, post war and modern, toy trains include 35 locomotives, 300+ freight cars, 70+ passenger cars, passenger car sets, accessories, Super O switches and track, and layout vehicles. Sunset/3rd Rail, Lionel, MTH, and Weaver are some of the manufacturers represented. Be sure checkout the 773, 726, and 2167WS!
Vintage chemistry sets and railroad timetables, employee and public, round out this great auction.
