The LCCA Introduces Its Newest Set - Just In Time For Boston!
Inspired by the Genius of Lou Caponi, this magnificent set projects the Might and Majesty of Northeastern Railroad influence. True Boston and Maine motive power with matching caboose start and end this set in the somewhat elusive Minuteman Livery. Rare in the model railroad hobby, even more rare in O Gauge, this deco projects the historic pride of the story of the Minutemen proudly standing "on watch".
At point is a B&M Minute Man Deco LIONCHIEF PLUS GP7 diesel! This unit has all the popular LionChief Plus features including Odyssey® II Speed Control, front and rear ElectroCouplers, directional headlight, smoke, RailSounds RC™, remote and much more (see Features list). Also Coming Soon is a matching B&M Minute Man Deco GP7 non-powered diesel and a matching O gauge, bay window SMOKING caboose. This makes for one GREAT set. Introduced at the LCCA 2014 National Convention in Indianapolis, these units will be offered for member sale starting in Mid October.
The road numbers used on these sets reflect a number they would have received in the Post War period. They are in the same series and are unused by other Lionel Product.
Production Prototype will be available for expected order period late October to February. Delivery expected late Q3. Pricing not established.
