Lionel/LCCA FasTrack Modular Railroad Layout Debuts in Raleigh, NC
Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) member David Bjorkman (RM 30924) and the East Carolina Railroaders club brought their new Lionel/LCCA FasTrack Modular layout to a Sunday August 17, 2014 train show at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh NC. David and his team set up their 14 module sections for the crowd to enjoy. A large number of families and kids enjoyed pushing the buttons to operate the animated accessories on the modules. Eastern Carolina Railroaders Club members Pat Lyon, David Bjorkman, Andy Kollarik, Gordon Gift, Charles Alford and Ron Curll were at the show running trains and having fun with the crowd.
Thank you David and the East Carolina Railroaders club for spreading the magic of Lionel trains and utilizing this new Lionel/LCCA FasTrack Modular Railroad system. These new Lionel/LCCA FasTrack module sections are light weight, easy to assemble and small enough to fit in a backseat of a mid size car.
