LCCA Announces 2nd Convention Hotel!
The LCCA 50th Anniversary Convention in Omaha has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 Virus.

Early registrations for the 2020 LCCA convention in Omaha have been tremendous. The result has been some room nights have been selling out at the host Hilton hotel. The LCCA was assigned a large block of rooms for the week of our convention at the $139 rate. At this time, many of these are still available, however, our 2020 registrations continue to exceed prior years’ conventions. If you are planning to attend, you are encouraged to register for the convention and the Hilton hotel ASAP to avoid being disappointed.
If reservations are made now, the host hotel may offer higher room rates to members outside of the LCCA contracted block ($139/night). Should this happen, the member can elect a higher rate OR to help our members, we have made special arrangements to hold additional rooms at the nearby DoubleTree hotel. This hotel is just a 12-minute walk or a quick hotel shuttle ride to the convention hotel. The LCCA room rate at the DoubleTree will be $127 per night and parking will be free at a nearby garage. Both hotels will offer complimentary shuttles to each other’s site.

Should you need to call, you can call the corporate number 1-800-HILTONS (800-445-8667) number or call the Omaha Hilton Hotel directly into their office (402-998-4221 - user code LCC). This phone line is monitored by the Hotel team and have a voicemail specific to the LCCA. The hotel has committed to return your call if not immediately answered.
AS of March 12, 2020, the host hotel has rooms available at the group rate on Wednesday 7/22 through Saturday 7/26. All other nights are currently full, but check back for availability.
If you should encounter a problem getting the LCCA room rate for all the nights of your stay at the Hilton, you are encouraged to contact the DoubleTree Omaha Downtown (a Hilton Branded hotel). The sooner you call, and depending on what nights you are staying, the better your chances will be of getting the LCCA rate on all your room nights at either the headquarters Hilton hotel or the nearby DoubleTree Hotel.

All convention attendees are eligible and receive the convention registration gift if they are among the first 400 registrants and stay a total of 3 nights in any combination of the Hilton and DoubleTree Hotels. The registration gift will be distributed at the convention registration desk in the Omaha Hilton.
