It is with a sad heart that I must inform you that our good friend, long time Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) member, officer and current President of the Lionel Collectors Club of America, Lou Caponi passed away at 6:05 PM EST on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from complications of diabetes. more

LCCA Video Wins Prestigious Telly Award

The Lionel Collectors Club of America is proud to announce the LCCA was awarded a 34th Annual Telly Award for their "LCCA Annual New York Holiday Video" 2012 video production. The LCCA Video production team of Neil Guilarte, Ed Richter and Al Kolis won this Telly award for the Non Broadcast - Hobby/Crafts Media Production category. more

Louis Caponi - A Great Man - A Great Loss for the LCCA

Lou Caponi was to take over as President of the LCCA at the July Annual Convention in Chattanooga. As a result of a lingering illness, he was bed ridden for the last 8 weeks and died peacefully today - July 31. more

2013 LCCA Election Results

The LCCA 2013 election results have been certified by Secretary Harry Hampson and are being released. Teh changes to the LCCA constitution have been approved. Thanks to all who participated in this election. more

The LCCA has released its annual Christmas and Holiday Video. We went to New York to view the city and Lionel focused layouts. Macy's, FAO Schwartz and Grand Central Station - three iconic locations - three wonderful Lionel sponsored Layouts! And the First LCCA TV commercial - as shown on select Cable stations. more
