Bill planned this layout to include mini-scenes around the layout that tell a story. Bill agrees, "It's all in the details." This layout is built on several levels, so the action never stops. As an example the hobo in the boxcar offers "dinner music" to hapless companions.

Bill Fuller designed and built a multi-level, fully scenicked home layout with constant action by the trains. He created many mini-scenes around the layout as focal points of attention.

The automatic gateman never tires of the action at the RR crossing.

Bill added this roadside park in what would otherwise be an unused space on his layout.

At 'night,' Bill's layout seems to glow in the dark. With lighted passenger train cars running, the scene is mesmerizing.
