Updated e-Track Status as of August 8, 2022
As of Aug 8th, our e-Track system reprogramming is progressing but is not at the point where a September Interchange Track can be produced. Our next Interchange Track is planned for November 2022.
Updates will be posted to the “Crossbar” on the LCCA “Home Page”.
For those members who use the services of the e-Track Editor (myself) and have submitted your “Mail-In” and/or forms 1-2 for items to be entered into e-Track, look for this information to be returned to you for review, correction, deletion and re-submission. This will include members whose listings were received but did not get included into the May Interchange Track as well as submissions received in the past two months. Your review and re-submission will provide the latest information regarding your listings to the membership.
If you have in the past managed your own listings within e-Track, do not fill out or send to me the forms 1 and/or 2 from the Interchange Track. Just hold tight and wait until notice is distributed that the system is up, running, and ready for you to edit your listings. At that time, new deadline dates will be announced, and time allowed for you to edit, add and/or delete old listings prior to the forthcoming publication deadline.
