LCCA Convention Tour #5 Trains and Tapas at the Museum
On Tuesday, July 24, the Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) will be touring at the Children's Museum of Virginia viewing a fabulous toy train layout with 8 operating trains and the massive Lancaster Collection of vintage trains.
Click on the video link and listen to "Skip" Novak (Exhibit Technician) explain some of the features of this fun layout depicting various scenes from Portsmouth, Richmond and Roanoke VA. Members of all ages will be able to appreciate this fantastic collection and operating layout. A delicious southern style barbecue dinner, motor coach transportation, museum staff presentations and behind the scenes tour of the control tower and interactive museum display are all part of this tour.
